Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years experience in food and beverage or customer service roles
  • Demonstrated ability to meet company attendance standards
  • Must be personable and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to verify guest identification for alcohol service
  • Must follow safety and sanitation policies
  • Available to work events as scheduled
  • Capable of maintaining inventory control and product requisition

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management, volunteers, and guests
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions related to cash and credit transactions and inventory

Job Duties

  • Assist in setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based on pre-orders
  • Ensure all assigned suites are set prior to events according to received orders
  • Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
  • Assist in closing out financials per event ensuring correct billing
  • Monitor and maintain food quality
  • Uphold company safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
