Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in food and beverage or customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to meet company attendance standards
- Must be personable and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Ability to verify guest identification for alcohol service
- Must follow safety and sanitation policies
- Available to work events as scheduled
- Capable of maintaining inventory control and product requisition
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management, volunteers, and guests
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to calculate basic math functions related to cash and credit transactions and inventory
Job Duties
- Assist in setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based on pre-orders
- Ensure all assigned suites are set prior to events according to received orders
- Organize and prepare events in assigned locations
- Assist in closing out financials per event ensuring correct billing
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Uphold company safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
