Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a similar venue or restaurant
- valid Indiana Server Liquor License
- completion of Indiana Excise training courses
- able to stand for 8+ hours daily
- able to walk 20,000+ steps
- able to lift 50+ pounds
- manual dexterity to operate computer equipment
- adherence to local Health Department codes
Job Qualifications
- Serve-safe certified
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar venue or restaurant
- valid Indiana Server Liquor License
- certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
- advanced oral and written communication skills
- strong orientation to customer service
- ability to work with other staff members in the facility
- results oriented individual with ability to meet required budgetary goals
- excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- computer skills including Excel
- ability to be creative with food presentations and maintain a quality product
Job Duties
- Ordering, receiving and preparing food items
- attend in-house event-related meetings and relay immediate changes with other departments
- oversee and direct hourly culinary staff
- possess effective communication with suite owners, suite guests, premium guests
- ensure all requisitions to the Warehouse and Kitchen are received timely in accordance with company policy
- coordinate with Kitchen on timing and production of functions
- troubleshoot point of sale equipment
- oversee, direct and assist suite attendants, catering staff, bartenders or premium club staff
- check on suites and clubs throughout events to ensure a high level of guest service
- maintain all suite and premium club equipment cleanliness
- conduct inventory and quality controls
- work flexible hours including days, nights, weekdays and weekends
