Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food and beverage or related settings
- Serve-safe certification
- Valid Indiana Server Liquor License and completion of Indiana Excise training courses
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to troubleshoot point of sale systems
- Knowledge of local health codes and compliance
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in food service and guest interactions
Job Qualifications
- Serve-safe certified
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar venue or restaurant
- Possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members
- Results oriented with the ability to meet required budgetary goals
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Computer skills including proficiency with Excel
- Adherence to local health department codes
- Creative in food presentations and maintaining quality products
Job Duties
- Ordering, receiving and preparing food items
- Attend in-house event-related meetings and relay immediate changes with other departments
- Oversee and direct hourly culinary staff
- Possess effective communication with suite owners, suite guests, and premium guests
- Ensure all requisitions to the warehouse and kitchen are received in a timely manner in accordance with company policy
- Coordinate with kitchen on timing and production of functions
- Liaise effectively between kitchen and warehouse teams
- Troubleshoot point of sale equipment
- Oversee, direct and assist suite attendants, catering staff, bartenders or premium club staff
- Check on suites and clubs throughout events to ensure a high level of guest service
- Maintain all suite and premium club equipment cleanliness
- Conduct inventory and quality controls
- Work varied hours including days, nights, weekdays and weekends as required by events
