Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food and beverage or related settings
  • Serve-safe certification
  • Valid Indiana Server Liquor License and completion of Indiana Excise training courses
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to troubleshoot point of sale systems
  • Knowledge of local health codes and compliance
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in food service and guest interactions

Job Qualifications

  • Serve-safe certified
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar venue or restaurant
  • Possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members
  • Results oriented with the ability to meet required budgetary goals
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
  • Computer skills including proficiency with Excel
  • Adherence to local health department codes
  • Creative in food presentations and maintaining quality products

Job Duties

  • Ordering, receiving and preparing food items
  • Attend in-house event-related meetings and relay immediate changes with other departments
  • Oversee and direct hourly culinary staff
  • Possess effective communication with suite owners, suite guests, and premium guests
  • Ensure all requisitions to the warehouse and kitchen are received in a timely manner in accordance with company policy
  • Coordinate with kitchen on timing and production of functions
  • Liaise effectively between kitchen and warehouse teams
  • Troubleshoot point of sale equipment
  • Oversee, direct and assist suite attendants, catering staff, bartenders or premium club staff
  • Check on suites and clubs throughout events to ensure a high level of guest service
  • Maintain all suite and premium club equipment cleanliness
  • Conduct inventory and quality controls
  • Work varied hours including days, nights, weekdays and weekends as required by events
