Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years managing premium VIP operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Basic financial knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Leadership and management capability
- Customer service orientation
- Availability for extended work hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in team environment
- Knowledge of accounting policies preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing premium and VIP operations such as clubs, suites, or restaurants
- 5-7 years of management experience in contract foodservice industry, at least 3 years in premium services within sports or entertainment venues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Basic financial knowledge of food and beverage business
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures preferred
Job Duties
- Manage all facets of the premium food and beverage operations to achieve operational budgets and manage monthly P&L statements
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu construction, production, labor, guest service training and presentation
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to premium services staff
- Achieve planned costs in labor and cost of goods sold while working within budget guidelines
- Develop annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly reviews
- Provide quality service and maintain positive customer and client relations
- Oversee monthly inventory and ensure proper safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Maintain operational condition of all food service equipment
- Work closely with subcontractors to ensure contract terms and operational needs are met
- Develop new concepts incorporating industry trends and guest preferences
- Recruit, interview, hire, train and develop event service staff
