Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years managing premium and VIP operations
  • 5 to 7 years of management experience in contract foodservice
  • at least 3 years in premium services at sports and entertainment venues
  • excellent communication skills
  • multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • basic financial knowledge
  • strong decision-making skills
  • commitment to customer service
  • ability to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to work in team environment
  • knowledge of accounting policy preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management
  • minimum 5 years of experience managing premium and VIP operations
  • 5 to 7 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
  • at least 3 years in premium services within sports and entertainment venues
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • basic financial knowledge of food and beverage business

Job Duties

  • Manage all facets of the premium food and beverage operations to achieve operational budgets and manage monthly P and L statements
  • manage multiple VIP clubs and hospitality spaces including coordination with culinary team on menu construction and production, labor, guest service training, and presentation within set budget parameters
  • provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to staff executing the premium business plan
  • achieve planned costs in labor and cost of goods sold within budgeted guidelines
  • develop annual operating budget and conduct quarterly reviews versus plan
  • maintain positive customer and client relations while providing quality service and excellent products
  • oversee monthly inventory for premium services operations
  • establish and maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures and liaise with local health officials
  • ensure operational condition of all food service equipment
  • coordinate with subcontractors to meet operational needs and contract terms
  • develop new concepts aligned with guest desires and industry trends
  • recruit, interview, hire, train and develop event service staff
