Job Requirements
- A four-year degree in a similar field preferred
- 3-5 years of professional experience in food and beverage or event industry with demonstrated increased responsibility
- Experience with employee scheduling and payroll management preferred
- Experience with inventory management and POS management preferred
- Knowledge of sales process or sales experience and revenue management helpful
- Professional presentation in representing the company in all interactions
- Advanced computer proficiency including email, MS Word and Excel
- Experience with event planning and client relations preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive and compliant work environment in a high-pressure event setting
- Good judgment, sound decision-making and reliability
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team
- Demonstrated history of appropriate alcohol management
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain
- Reliable transportation to work varied event-driven schedule
- Proficient English reading, writing and speaking skills
- Willingness to work long hours, nights and weekends consistently

- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain and reliable transportation for varied management schedule

Job Duties
- Manage a staff of part time employees including Premium Event Supervisor, bartenders, suite servers and catering servers
- Conduct interviews, hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll management in ADP based system
- Enter employee tips and communicate timely schedule updates
- Maintain an open door and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide coaching, discipline, and termination as necessary
- Oversee execution of events, daily productivity and manage labor costs
- Build and maintain effective client and tenant relations regarding food and beverage service in suites, lounges and catered areas
- Receive client information from Premium Sales and establish event timelines and setups with venue Event Managers
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, tenant sales teams and managers on event needs, catering requests, food and beverage orders, and special requests
- Manage backstage catering including scheduling, staff direction, set-up, menu planning, BEO creation, and event timelines
- Communicate effectively with promoters, Event Manager and General Manager and submit accurate final billing
- Manage department inventory, supplies, equipment, and accounts receivable/payable to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Handle vendor relations, product ordering, intake, storage, and distribution including kegs
- Process invoices timely using internet-based iPayables
- Manage POS systems Oracle/MICROS and Tapin2, use MS Excel and adhere to budget and cost requirements
- Maintain communication with Culinary Department including distribution of BEOs and daily updates
- Collaborate with Director of Premium Services, Executive Chef and Sous Chef for menu planning, cost control and event execution
- Establish menu and beverage pricing with required approvals
- Coordinate with Marketing on promotions, specials, signage and menu design
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate as necessary
- Oversee staff presentation, customer service, and positive guest-focus climate
- Ensure a compliant work environment consistent with company standards and legal requirements including food safety, alcohol service and employee relations
