Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years management experience in contract food-service industry preferably in premium services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in deadline-oriented environments
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Triple Seat catering software

Job Duties

  • Direct and implement a guest service and management philosophy that guides the team
  • Develop and maintain premium menus including delivery, presentation, and standards
  • Collaborate with team representatives and key stakeholders such as Front Office, subcontractors, ownership, visiting teams, media, and league executives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-year premium suite holders, VIP guests, and event renters
  • Coordinate menus, develop wine lists, manage guest relations, and monitor quality assurance standards
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate daily goals and objectives
  • Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer relations and effective communication
  • Manage labor and operating supply costs within budget guidelines
  • Assist in preparation of the annual fiscal budget and business plan
  • Oversee departmental midyear and end-of-year reports
  • Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of all equipment
  • Maintain staffing levels and manage hiring and promotion according to company standards
  • Handle billing and collect credit card information for suites
  • Communicate daily with clients to verify orders, menus, and packages before events
  • Print menu cards, labels, and coordinate food delivery to suites
  • Verify suites and gates are properly set pre-event and on event days
  • Support premium operations at other Denver venues
  • Perform other related duties as required
