Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist premium guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the premium seating locations
  • Educate guests on premium amenities, seating areas, and event-specific information
  • Partner closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager to ensure all guest needs are met during events
  • Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure all premium areas are clean, stocked, and event-ready
  • Proactively identify and report any service issues or guest concerns to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor and support entertainment elements in premium spaces, including TVs, video walls, and sound systems
  • Assist guests requiring mobility or accessibility accommodations
  • Uphold all safety, security, and venue policies to ensure a secure and comfortable environment
  • Support the setup and breakdown of premium areas before and after events
  • Collaborate with fellow Guest Services staff and departments to maintain a positive and efficient team environment
  • Complete additional assignments or special projects as needed
