Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist premium guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the premium seating locations
- Educate guests on premium amenities, seating areas, and event-specific information
- Partner closely with the on-site Premium Services Manager to ensure all guest needs are met during events
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure all premium areas are clean, stocked, and event-ready
- Proactively identify and report any service issues or guest concerns to appropriate personnel
- Monitor and support entertainment elements in premium spaces, including TVs, video walls, and sound systems
- Assist guests requiring mobility or accessibility accommodations
- Uphold all safety, security, and venue policies to ensure a secure and comfortable environment
- Support the setup and breakdown of premium areas before and after events
- Collaborate with fellow Guest Services staff and departments to maintain a positive and efficient team environment
- Complete additional assignments or special projects as needed
