Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in spoken and written English
- physical capability to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests
- physical ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- availability to work all events including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- provide personal service and attention to detail exceeding guest expectations
- serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments
- support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
