Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or TEAM certification or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the state
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills including ability to make accurate change
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Capability to handle fast-paced, high stress environments
- Fluent in the primary language(s) of guests
- Proficient with POS and digital registers
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work in environments with wet floors, temperature extremes, and high noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
- Of age to serve alcoholic beverages based on state requirements
- Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions
- Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to utilize a calculator and accurately make change for transactions involving large sums of money
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used by guests
- Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register
- Strong skills for providing guest service with keen ability to connect easily with customers
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to all customers in premium seating areas where in-seat service is made available
- Contribute to Sodexo Live!'s goal of 100% guest satisfaction through teamwork and personal commitment
- Ensure that policies and procedures for processing customer sales transactions are adhered to
- Ensure that quality and safety standards are maintained
- Serve made-fresh-to-order entrees, appetizers, desserts, and beverages while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in service areas
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously
