Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age by start of employment
- Minimum physical requirements: able to travel and access various areas of the ballpark for prolonged periods, able to work shifts in inclement weather including rain and/or direct sunlight, able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
- Must be available to work a minimum of 75 percent of all scheduled events annually
- Must be available to work 100 percent of weekend baseball events with exception of up to six weekend events
- Must successfully complete post-offer pre-employment requirements including background check

Job Duties
- Exemplify the Petco Park Promise: CARE, CONNECT, EXCEED by proactively welcoming all guests to the ballpark and consistently striving to exceed all guests' expectations
- Evaluate premium guests' needs during events through empathy, good listening skills, and effectively resolve them through appropriate action, service, or solution
- Verify and maintain ticket integrity in suites and premium spaces
- Prepare pre- and post-game or event preparation, maintenance, and checks of premium spaces to resolve deficiencies and/or communicate issues to appropriate channels
- Continuously improve understanding and knowledge of the ballpark, baseball, and the Padres to engage and assist guests
