Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience including 1-2 years in live entertainment or 5-7 years of experience with premium product sales or services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to track and summarize sales data digitally
- Decision-making and leadership skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of professional experience including 1-2 years in live entertainment or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5-7 years of professional experience
- Experience selling or servicing high-end or premium products
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with a passion for relationship building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to make organizational decisions and provide clear direction
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and irregular hours as required
Job Duties
- Develop, grow, and conduct sales efforts for premium spaces at Food City Center
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers and create new partnerships to increase ticket sales and upsell revenue
- Generate and maintain an inventory schedule to track availability, budget, and performance
- Communicate and collaborate with the ticket office to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Collaborate with arena management and stakeholders to develop and implement new premium offerings
- Coordinate and manage the event day experience for premium guests ensuring all service elements are delivered promptly
- Assist with other functions such as guest services and promotional activities during non-premium event days
