Job Requirements
- Ability to work majority of events taking place
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to frequently walk long distances while pulling/pushing a cart, hot box, or speed rack
- Ability to work in variable temperatures including extreme heat and cold
- Ability to work in large crowds and confined spaces
- Ability to work in a window-less environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior food and beverage experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team with all associates, management, and stadium departments
- Excellent guest service skills and ability to adhere to Service Standards
- Ability to complete all required training sessions
- Ability to work accurately, courteously, and with a sense of urgency in a high pressure environment
- Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
Job Duties
- Work collaboratively to ensure the overall successful operation of the department
- Support the suites manager and suites supervisor with game day responsibilities
- Participate in pre-game huddles
- Greet guests throughout the stadium to support a hospitable environment
- Verify and transport hot boxes and speed racks from/to the kitchen and pantry
- Distribute food, beverage, and other service products from the pantry or kitchen to correct locations
- Provide quick and attentive follow up for any delivery errors
- Assist with keeping the pantry inventory in order
- Assist with keeping the pantry clean throughout the day
- Retrieve service ware from suites for return to the kitchen throughout the day as directed
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned
- Assist with the breakdown of assigned locations at the end of the event
- Thoroughly clean and assist with the breakdown of the pantry at the end of the day
- Check out with the pantry supervisor and/or lead runner at the end of the day
- Perform other duties as assigned
