Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- familiarity with point of sale systems
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- customer service orientation
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Meets with the directors and supervisor before the event to go over details
- manages orders for delivery to the suites before and during each event
- expedites the food and beverage orders placed throughout the game
- ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event
- knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- processes payment for all goods and services purchased throughout the event
- establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques
- thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
- performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed
- creates, modifies and closes sales checks in point of sale
- understands all event paperwork and reports
- adheres to location appearance guidelines
- interacts with ownership groups to ensure that their needs are met routinely
- maintains service areas
- employs good safety and sanitation practices
- follows responsible alcohol service policies
- stands for long periods of time and actively engages physically with guests
- demonstrates physical stamina and agility
- lifts and moves materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
- moves easily between sitting and standing positions
