Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • familiarity with point of sale systems
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • customer service orientation
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Meets with the directors and supervisor before the event to go over details
  • manages orders for delivery to the suites before and during each event
  • expedites the food and beverage orders placed throughout the game
  • ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event
  • knowledgeable on all menu offerings
  • processes payment for all goods and services purchased throughout the event
  • establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques
  • thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
  • performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed
  • creates, modifies and closes sales checks in point of sale
  • understands all event paperwork and reports
  • adheres to location appearance guidelines
  • interacts with ownership groups to ensure that their needs are met routinely
  • maintains service areas
  • employs good safety and sanitation practices
  • follows responsible alcohol service policies
  • stands for long periods of time and actively engages physically with guests
  • demonstrates physical stamina and agility
  • lifts and moves materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • moves easily between sitting and standing positions
