Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Experience in high-end or high-volume establishments
  • Advanced cocktail techniques
  • Deep understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Mastery of bar tools and techniques
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds daily
  • TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification or willingness to be trained
  • ServSafe or Food Safety Certification or willingness to be trained
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and special events
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at guests' requests
  • Mix drinks including cocktails, pour wine and beer
  • Follow established alcohol service policies
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of beverages
  • Deliver upscale and white-gloved service experience
  • Communicate effectively with team and leadership
  • Work evenings, holidays, and special events as required
