Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Previous bartending experience
- Experience in high-end or high-volume establishments
- Advanced cocktail techniques
- Deep understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Mastery of bar tools and techniques
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds daily
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification or willingness to be trained
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification or willingness to be trained
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and special events
- Good communication skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at guests' requests
- Mix drinks including cocktails, pour wine and beer
- Follow established alcohol service policies
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of beverages
- Deliver upscale and white-gloved service experience
- Communicate effectively with team and leadership
- Work evenings, holidays, and special events as required
