Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or event management preferred
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including events nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the setup of food and beverage service areas within premium and event spaces
- Ensure all premium and event spaces are set up according to established timelines
- Ensure quality and hospitality throughout all premium and event areas
- Communicate effectively with department counterparts
- Organize and prepare for events in advance
- Supervise team members on event and non-event days
- Direct inquiries not related to food and beverage to appropriate personnel
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Assist department leadership with maintaining policies and procedures, safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain and enforce cash handling policies
- Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies
- Manage inventory control and product requisition
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
- Supervise beverage service including alcohol and verify guest identification
- Observe guests and respond to additional requests
- Supervise setup of event functions including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Ensure excellent attendance
- Assure equipment is operable and clean prior to events
- Recognize and address visibly intoxicated guests
- Enforce all company policies
- Assist with training, inventory, and special events projects
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Premium Clubs Supervisor
