Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality
- Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit as required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Ability to supervise the work of others
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, management, and guests
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to calculate basic math functions related to cash and credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and inventory
Job Duties
- Oversee the setup of food and beverage service areas within premium and event spaces
- Ensure all premium and event spaces are set up according to established timelines
- Maintain quality and hospitality throughout all premium and event areas
- Communicate effectively between departmental counterparts
- Organize and prepare events in advance
- Supervise team members on event and non-event days
- Direct inquiries to appropriate personnel or departments
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Assist leadership with enforcing safety, sanitation, and positive work environment standards
- Manage cash handling policies and procedures
- Enforce safe alcohol service policies
- Monitor inventory control and product requisition
- Have full knowledge of menu items and accompaniments
- Supervise alcoholic beverage service including verifying guest identification
- Observe guests to respond to additional requests
- Supervise setup of linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware for events
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality
- Check that location equipment is operable and clean prior to events
- Recognize and act on visibly intoxicated guests
- Enforce Oak View Group policies and procedures
- Assist with training, inventory, and special event projects
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Premium Clubs Supervisor
