Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of state and federal alcohol laws
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Strong cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide described service
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper state and federal procedures
- Knowledge and suggestive upselling of various beer, wine, and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly adhering to company serving size standards
- Verify guest IDs according to legal age requirements
- Communicate drink cut-offs to guests when necessary
- Address customer requests and concerns promptly
- De-escalate intoxicated guests and involve management or security as needed
- Request restocking of bar products when required
- Handle cash accurately and manage bar cash bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
- Perform bar setup and breakdown and assist with cooler organization
