Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a supervisory role preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lb and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lb
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods up to 6 hours
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- willingness to attend required training
- ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role and within the food industry is preferred
- strong communication skills and ability to work well with others is essential
- must attend customer focus and supervisor training, and any other required Aramark training
- excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a team environment
- ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- enjoys working in a lively environment
- well-groomed and professional attire (follow Aramark standards for uniform and grooming)
Job Duties
- Counts inventory at the start and end of the game
- ensures inventory is complete and ready for the game
- responsible for checking-in staff
- monitors performance of all employees within the area
- maintains cleanliness of in-seat kitchen and its surroundings
- reports any issues or concerns to a manager when needed
- upholds Aramark standards relative to quality and service
- performs all other duties as required
- perform all job duties safely and efficiently
- follows all company safety policies and procedures
- ability to understand and follow directions from the manager/director
- ability to lift up to 50 lb and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lb
- ability to walk or stand for extended time periods, up to 6 hours
- cross-training and work in other dining locations as needed
- may supervise the staff and sanitation of facilities of the locations
