Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or event service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must have excellent attendance record
- Ability to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to enforce company policies consistently
- Food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by law

- Ability to supervise the work of others
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Job Duties
- Responsible for overseeing the setup of food and beverage service areas within premium spaces based on specific event needs
- Responsible for ensuring quality and hospitality throughout all premium areas
- Responsible for communication between counterparts of the department
- Responsible for supervising team members on non-event and event days
- Direct any other inquiries not regarding food and beverage to the correct entity and/or personnel
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
