Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening where required
- Able to work all home football game days including potential playoff games
- Available for 8-10 hour shifts on game days
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs, and walk as required
- Ability to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 25 lbs
- Normal or corrected vision for reading and viewing
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with others
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills exemplifying the company mission
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, fans, and department staff
- Ensure adherence to all game day policies and procedures
- Monitor entry points to maintain exclusivity of premium areas
- Execute pre, during, and post-game tasks such as trash disposal, facility supervision, catering requirements, ticket scanning, and elevator operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all premium guests within assigned areas throughout the game
- Facilitate communication between donors, caterers, custodial, maintenance staff, management, and athletic department personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
