Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening where required
  • Able to work all home football game days including potential playoff games
  • Available for 8-10 hour shifts on game days
  • Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs, and walk as required
  • Ability to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 25 lbs
  • Normal or corrected vision for reading and viewing
  • Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with others

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills exemplifying the company mission
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, fans, and department staff
  • Ensure adherence to all game day policies and procedures
  • Monitor entry points to maintain exclusivity of premium areas
  • Execute pre, during, and post-game tasks such as trash disposal, facility supervision, catering requirements, ticket scanning, and elevator operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all premium guests within assigned areas throughout the game
  • Facilitate communication between donors, caterers, custodial, maintenance staff, management, and athletic department personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned
