Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and items up to 25-35 lbs
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage items from kitchen/expo areas to assigned private suites
  • assist Suite Attendants in setting up suites with proper food and beverage before events
  • replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout the event as requested
  • ensure accurate order delivery according to suite tickets and guest requests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, pantries, and service stations
  • assist with breakdown and cleanup of suites after events, including returning equipment and unused items
  • communicate effectively with Suite Attendants, Supervisors, and Kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
