Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must comply with all safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift items up to 25-35 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as scheduled

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage items from kitchen/expo areas to assigned private suites
  • Assist Suite Attendants in setting up suites with proper food and beverage before events
  • Replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout the event as requested
  • Ensure accurate order delivery according to suite tickets and guest requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, pantries, and service stations
  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup of suites after events, including returning equipment and unused items
  • Communicate effectively with Suite Attendants, Supervisors, and Kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
