Job Duties
- Support all company initiatives
- Execute show quality standards at all times
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and obtain regular feedback
- Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
- Ensure all security, safety and sanitation standards are met
- Ensure operations comply with brand clarity statement while working the location
- Have excellent brand-specific culinary, wine and beverage knowledge
- Effectively use purchasing and all financial control systems
- Control cost areas to assist the unit in meeting financial goals
- Know all financial areas and statements
- Manage team to build top-line sales
- Achieve assigned delegated budget goals
- Meet daily sales and cost goals
- Effectively use all team training and development tools
- Hire hourly team who can deliver Levy operating standards and philosophies
- Ensure that all team members adhere to guidelines as stated in Levy manuals
- Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
- Team unit to meet operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
