Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
  • Bachelor s degree in hospitality management is preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties

  • Support all company initiatives
  • Execute show quality standards at all times
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests and obtain regular feedback
  • Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
  • Ensure all security, safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Ensure operations comply with brand clarity statement while working the location
  • Have excellent brand-specific culinary, wine and beverage knowledge
  • Effectively use purchasing and all financial control systems
  • Control cost areas to assist the unit in meeting financial goals
  • Know all financial areas and statements
  • Manage team to build top-line sales
  • Achieve assigned delegated budget goals
  • Meet daily sales and cost goals
  • Effectively use all team training and development tools
  • Hire hourly team who can deliver Levy operating standards and philosophies
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to guidelines as stated in Levy manuals
  • Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
  • Team unit to meet operational needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
