Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in high-end hospitality or customer service preferred
- Valid license, certification, or permit to serve food if required by city, county, or state
- Availability to work any shift with open availability
- Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability
- Strong customer service orientation
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
Job Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Appropriate license, certification, or permit to serve food if applicable in the work location
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in VIP settings
- Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette
Job Duties
- Provide a pleasant atmosphere for guests by welcoming them in a warm and professional manner and ensuring they are well attended to
- Ensure food and beverage items are provided according to selected a la carte or buffet-style menus
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, and menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations and equipment, and resetting tables
- Provide training and orientation of staff as needed
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
