Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in high-end hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Valid license, certification, or permit to serve food if required by city, county, or state
  • Availability to work any shift with open availability
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Appropriate license, certification, or permit to serve food if applicable in the work location
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in VIP settings
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette

Job Duties

  • Provide a pleasant atmosphere for guests by welcoming them in a warm and professional manner and ensuring they are well attended to
  • Ensure food and beverage items are provided according to selected a la carte or buffet-style menus
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, and menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations and equipment, and resetting tables
  • Provide training and orientation of staff as needed
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
