Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership capacity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in cost control and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as events require
- Ability to comply with all health safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training
- Extensive experience in a senior culinary leadership role preferably in sports or entertainment hospitality
- Proven ability to lead diverse culinary teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic event environments
- Creativity and passion for developing innovative culinary concepts
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all premium culinary operations throughout the arena including suites clubs catering events and player staff dining
- Maintain a strong leadership presence during events ensuring all culinary operations run smoothly and to the highest standard
- Lead and inspire a large diverse culinary team by setting clear expectations providing regular feedback and cultivating a positive high performance kitchen culture
- Participate in recruiting onboarding and mentoring new culinary staff
- Facilitate open respectful communication between the Executive Chef culinary team front of house management and other departments
- Demonstrate advanced culinary skills and broad knowledge of global cuisines flavor profiles and modern cooking techniques
- Manage product ordering receiving storage and inventory control in coordination with culinary and purchasing teams
