Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years service experience in attractions, sports, or hotel industry preferred
  • excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
  • ability to work independently with effective time management
  • maintain customer confidentiality
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • able to balance internal priorities with client expectations

Job Duties

  • assist clients in booking private events at Doak Campbell Stadium
  • support Senior Premium Events & Sales Manager and Sales Team Associates
  • plan, organize, and execute events, sales activities, and marketing operations
  • coordinate with internal departments and building management to ensure timely and efficient event execution
  • oversee project completion for events, group sales, invoicing, and marketing
  • manage client inquiries and follow up on booked event details
  • maintain CRM systems with client and event information
  • design room layouts and diagrams
  • coordinate event logistics including vendor communication and catering
  • create BEO and Run of Show documents
  • track event expenses to stay within budget
  • provide operational support during events
  • communicate with internal teams like operations, catering, and facilities
  • serve as primary client contact on event days to handle changes and additional requests
  • create print materials consistent with brand and client preferences
  • manage office tasks such as budgets, invoicing, expense tracking, billing, supplies, and maintenance
  • maintain exceptional relationships with partners
