Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Must be TIPs/TEAM certified or willing to obtain certification
- Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
- Must be hardworking and organized
- Must be responsible and accountable
- Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work alone and as a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up/breakdown responsibilities
- Sets bar up in a timely manner including icing down product
- Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist with replenishment during shift
- Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service
- Attentive to guests needs throughout the event
- Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice
- Records closing inventory
- Responsible for putting away all inventory as directed
- Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies
- Performs other related duties as required
