- Willingness to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Safety Certification if not already certified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical stamina to lift 20-40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Effective communication skills

- Open availability with the ability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions, meeting production and service schedules
- Serve or prepare meals for delivery, ensuring the correct portion sizes, optimal temperatures, and appealing presentation
- Clean kitchen areas after food preparation and service, maintaining high cleanliness standards and adhering to safe food-handling procedures
- Keep refrigerators and storerooms organized and ensure that all food and supplies are stored according to safety standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to established procedures, report any issues with equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately
- Attend in-service and safety meetings to stay up-to-date with food safety regulations and best practices
- Work effectively with coworkers, managers, and administrators to maintain smooth kitchen operations and deliver quality food service
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of food service during events
