Job Requirements
- Be present at most Timbers games as well as non-gameday events as scheduled
- be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift 25lbs
- computer proficient
- high school diploma or GED
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent service for Premium areas including Suites, Clubs and Field Seats
- greet and welcome each guest with knowledge of premium areas and benefits to assist with any game day inquiries - be able to work all areas as needed
- assist Member and Premium Services teams with game day ticketing needs as needed
- be available to all guests/fans for any questions and/or concerns as they enter their seating area and check on them periodically throughout the match
- demonstrate recognition by name/seating location and develop rapport with Annual Members
- ensure food and beverage are delivered and stocked in a timely manner and all guests are being attended to
- communicate with Levy and Guest Service staff to ensure gameday services are run effectively and efficiently
