Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/ged
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle escalated situations with calmness and confidence
- Working knowledge of seating layouts and premium service areas
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent service for premium areas including suites, clubs and field seats
- Greet and welcome each guest with knowledge of premium areas and benefits to assist with any game day inquiries - be able to work all areas as needed
- Assist member and premium services teams with game day ticketing needs as needed
- Be available to all guests/fans for any questions and/or concerns as they enter their seating area and check on them periodically throughout the match
- Demonstrate recognition by name/seating location and develop rapport with annual members
- Ensure food and beverage are delivered and stocked in a timely manner and all guests are being attended to
- Communicate with levy and guest service staff to ensure gameday services are run effectively and efficiently
