Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice creating a stress free environment
- Assists in the execution of the overall guest experience
- Provides information about local features in the arena such as food services ATM's bathrooms merchandising first aid emergency exits relocations etc
- Escorts clients to suites party suites Sky Lounge club seats and other VIP areas
- Maintains confidentiality of all clients' information activities and situations
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills responds promptly to clients' needs responds to requests for service and assistance
