Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice creating a stress free environment
- Assists in the execution of the overall guest experience
- Provides information about local features in the arena, such as food services, ATM’s, bathrooms, merchandising, first aid, emergency exits, relocations, etc.
- Escorts clients to suites, party suites, Sky Lounge, club seats and other VIP areas
- Maintains confidentiality of all clients’ information, activities and situations
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- responds promptly to clients’ needs, responds to requests for service and assistance
