Job Requirements
- ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- ability to multi-task and take direction from various supervisors
- possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit
- minimum 2 years bartender experience in a high-volume setting
- minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food and hospitality
- ability to lift at least 50lbs
- ability to work long hours

- knowledge of sales techniques
- ability to motivate and guide team members
- ability to communicate respectfully with employees, management, and guests
- ability to speak, read, and write in English
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years bartender experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar or venue
- minimum 1 year supervisor or lead experience in food and hospitality industry
- valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit
- ability to calculate basic math functions relevant to inventory and sales
- ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in English
- demonstrated ability to meet excellent attendance standards
- experience motivating and leading a team
Job Duties
- Operate point of sale terminals to ensure proper sales and cash handling
- assist management with daily and end of month inventory
- assist with hiring, training, and supervising bar staff
- monitor bar inventory, ingredients, product rotation and presentation
- ensure compliance with liquor and food safety regulations
- recognize and manage guests who are visibly intoxicated
- communicate responsibilities and enforce protocols with bar staff
- ensure high-quality customer service and resolve complaints
- review paperwork, prepare for events, and manage event timelines
