Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading food and beverage teams required
- Proven customer service skills
- Stamina to work long hours and extensive physical activity
- Ability to work all home football games
- Live near Frisco, Texas preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively
- Adherence to company uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds
- Willingness to engage in physical tasks and move throughout event spaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience leading food and beverage teams required

- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work all home football games
- Live within or near Frisco, Texas preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from kitchen to customers suites promptly and accurately
- Act as contact point between front of the house and back of the house staff
- Communicate food orders to chefs with attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
- Manage time effectively to ensure all banquet event order items are completed prior to service times
- Delegate tasks to team members based on their positions and talents
- Manage the team scheduled to run each event
- Assist suite team with prepping including table setting, setting buffet stations, and placing appropriate decor, linens, utensils and china
- Ensure client communication and check-in throughout the event
- Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly using proper techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and coordinate actions with banquet and other team members
- Adhere to proper grooming and personal hygiene standards
- Follow food safety best practices and policies
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, loading serving carts and trays, stocking supplies, and garbage removal
- Report to Director of Premium and execute any tasks assigned to ensure flawless event operations
- Perform other related duties as required
