Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in high-end establishments or hospitality management
- Appropriate licensure, certification, or permit to bartend and/or serve food in the working location
- Ability to comply with food and beverage regulations
- Availability for morning shifts on varying days
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform bar tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of related bartending experience, preferably in high-end establishments or hospitality management
- Mixology certifications or training are desirable
- Appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend and/or serve food as required by city and state regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a neat, sanitary, and well-stocked bar environment
Job Duties
- Create classic and innovative cocktails, selecting appropriate glassware, garnishing drinks, and educating customers about the drink menu
- Take orders and serve drinks directly or through waitstaff, assessing customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and stock including ice, beverages, fruit, mixers, glassware, and utensils
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including verifying customer age for alcohol purchase
- Train and supervise employees as directed by onsite management
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
