Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of related bartending experience preferably in high-end establishments or hospitality management
- Valid bartending license, certification, or permit if applicable
- Ability to work any shift with open availability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Compliance with food and beverage regulations
Job Qualifications

- Appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend or service food relevant to the work location
- Mixology certifications or training desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Create classic and innovative cocktails, selecting appropriate glassware and garnishing drinks
- Educate customers about the drink menu and make recommendations based on preferences
- Take orders and serve drinks directly or through waitstaff
- Maintain the bar area ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and stock levels, including ice, beverages, and bar fruit
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including age verification for alcohol sales
- Train and supervise employees as directed by management
- Attend work punctually and perform other duties as assigned
