Six months or more experience bartending
accurate cash handling skills
ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
ability to be self-directed while working in a team
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
bartending school preferred
must have TABC certification

Job Duties

Meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform
follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal regulations
have knowledge of beer wine and spirits and upsell products
pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
verify guests' ID for minimum age requirements
communicate cut-offs to guests as required
listen and respond to customer requests and concerns
de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
request additional product or restock as required
handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
maintain clean sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and maintained
assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and organization of cooler
