Job Requirements

Six months or more experience bartending
Accurate cash handling skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
Must have your TABC

Job Duties

Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
Learn and suggestively upsell beer wine and spirits varieties
Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
Handle cash accurately and maintain issued cash bank
Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
Set up and break down bar equipment and organize cooler
