Job Requirements

  • Six months or more experience bartending
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
  • Must have your TABC

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell beer wine and spirits varieties
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
  • Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirements
  • Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
  • Handle cash accurately and maintain issued cash bank
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work station and bar equipment
  • Set up and break down bar equipment and organize cooler
