Job Requirements
- Minimum of six months bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Bartending school preferred
- Must be able to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- Ability to adjust vision focus and peripheral vision
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more bartending experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
- Must be available nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service accordingly
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and legal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Verify guests' IDs in compliance with legal age requirements
- Communicate cut-off to guests as needed
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Manage cash accurately and maintain issued bank
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is well maintained
- Set up and breakdown bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as required
