Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months bartending experience
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • Bartending school preferred
  • Must be able to stand and walk extensively
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
  • Ability to adjust vision focus and peripheral vision
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Six months or more bartending experience
  • Accurate cash handling skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and long hours
  • Bartending school preferred
  • Must be available nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service accordingly
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and legal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
  • Verify guests' IDs in compliance with legal age requirements
  • Communicate cut-off to guests as needed
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
  • Manage cash accurately and maintain issued bank
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is well maintained
  • Set up and breakdown bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as required
