Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling ability
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and long hours
- Must comply with state and federal alcohol service regulations
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and state/federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
- Check guest IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security when necessary
- Request additional or restock product as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank at the bar
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and maintained
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as assigned
