- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies
- Maintains stock and prepares fresh garnishes and juices
- Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Takes orders, mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes
- Checks guests for proper identification
- Detects and responds to guest inebriation appropriately
- Handles cash transactions and ensures accurate recordkeeping
- Secures beverage products, equipment and cash deposits
- Performs cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- Arranges bottles and glasses for attractive bar displays
- Washes and sterilizes stemware
- Performs other duties as assigned
