Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position
- previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues
- must be well organized and able to communicate well with guests and staff
- ability to handle frequent walking, constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
- may be exposed to moderate noise levels and variable temperatures depending on the season
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of alcohol service laws and safety standards
- no college degree required
Job Duties
- Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event days
- ensure that all company policies are followed by team members
- observe, evaluate, and document job performances of team members
- assist with alcohol cut off and ensure all alcohol rules and guidelines are being followed by staff members
- order and maintain product inventory
- complete daily sales reports and reconciliation
- assist with daily and end-of-month inventory and financial reporting
