Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position
  • previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues
  • must be well organized and able to communicate well with guests and staff
  • ability to handle frequent walking, constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
  • may be exposed to moderate noise levels and variable temperatures depending on the season

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position
  • previous experience in bartending with knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of alcohol service laws and safety standards
  • no college degree required

Job Duties

  • Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event days
  • ensure that all company policies are followed by team members
  • observe, evaluate, and document job performances of team members
  • assist with alcohol cut off and ensure all alcohol rules and guidelines are being followed by staff members
  • order and maintain product inventory
  • complete daily sales reports and reconciliation
  • assist with daily and end-of-month inventory and financial reporting
