Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to meet attendance standards
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly
  • Ability to perform basic math related to transactions and inventory
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Must be available to work scheduled events

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a premium hospitality area in a stadium, arena, or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions related to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory

Job Duties

  • Oversee the setup of food and beverage service areas within premium/event spaces
  • Ensure all premium/event spaces are set up according to established timelines
  • Ensure quality and hospitality throughout all premium/event areas
  • Communicate effectively with department counterparts
  • Organize and pre-prepare events
  • Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
  • Observe guests to respond to additional requests
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance
  • Assure that location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Perform all other duties assigned by the Premium Clubs Supervisor and Premium Leads
