Job Requirements
- Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Demonstrated ability to meet attendance standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Ability to perform basic math related to transactions and inventory
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be available to work scheduled events
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a premium hospitality area in a stadium, arena, or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment preferred
- Ability to work independently using own initiative
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to calculate basic math functions related to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory
Job Duties
- Oversee the setup of food and beverage service areas within premium/event spaces
- Ensure all premium/event spaces are set up according to established timelines
- Ensure quality and hospitality throughout all premium/event areas
- Communicate effectively with department counterparts
- Organize and pre-prepare events
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
- Observe guests to respond to additional requests
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Demonstrate excellent attendance
- Assure that location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Premium Clubs Supervisor and Premium Leads
