Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Must have excellent attendance and reliability
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules
  • Must be personable and professional
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
  • Possess or obtain food handling certification or alcohol permit if required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a premium hospitality area in a stadium, arena, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers, volunteers, management, and guests
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Possession of a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by applicable law
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to perform basic math functions related to POS transactions and inventory

Job Duties

  • Oversee the setup of food and beverage service areas within premium and event spaces
  • Ensure premium and event spaces are set up according to established timelines
  • Maintain quality and hospitality standards throughout all premium and event areas
  • Communicate effectively with counterparts within the department
  • Organize and prepare events in advance
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
  • Observe guests and respond to any additional requests
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • Ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to event start
  • Follow all Oak View Group policies and procedures
  • Perform all duties assigned by the Premium Clubs Supervisor and Premium Leads
