Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Must have excellent attendance and reliability
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules
- Must be personable and professional
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
- Possess or obtain food handling certification or alcohol permit if required
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a premium hospitality area in a stadium, arena, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work independently using own initiative
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers, volunteers, management, and guests
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possession of a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by applicable law
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Ability to perform basic math functions related to POS transactions and inventory
Job Duties
- Oversee the setup of food and beverage service areas within premium and event spaces
- Ensure premium and event spaces are set up according to established timelines
- Maintain quality and hospitality standards throughout all premium and event areas
- Communicate effectively with counterparts within the department
- Organize and prepare events in advance
- Demonstrate full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
- Observe guests and respond to any additional requests
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to event start
- Follow all Oak View Group policies and procedures
- Perform all duties assigned by the Premium Clubs Supervisor and Premium Leads
