Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible and rotational shifts including weekends
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Physical capability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Clean driving record within the last 3 years
- Driving defense certificate preferably no older than 6 months
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of luxury customer service expectations
- Proven track record of solving problems successfully
- Ability to work with a team
- Excellent personal presentation skills
- Delivery driving experience in NYC, CT, NJ preferred
Job Duties
- Uphold and project the company’s devotion to customer service experience
- Comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and maintain a professional image and demeanor
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Operate in all kinds of weather with limited supervision
- Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured and returned to inventory daily
- Assist manager and supervisor with day-to-day operations
- Interact with couriers, dispatchers, and customer service team daily
- Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route
