Job Requirements
- High school/GED diploma
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Working understanding of plating knowledge
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs
- Must be able to stand over a sink and clean parts for long periods
- Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Access to filing system for proofs and plates with continual communication with the Pre-press Technician
- Mount plates and alert production of availability
- Create and manage a status/workflow report to track the progress and location of mounted plates
- Advise according to schedules and current plate materials, inventory and reorder needs
- Document and track records of all ancillary equipment
- Clean and maintain ancillary equipment including Anilox rollers, doctor blade assembly, and ink pumps
- Load modules and assist in press makeready
- Manage work area and keep clean
- Maintain ink pumps
