Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative role
- Strong communication skills in person, phone, and written
- Comfortable using basic computer programs including email, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor especially when interacting with children and parents
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work full time

- Experience working in a preschool, childcare center, or educational environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or basic bookkeeping (preferred)
- Familiarity with state childcare licensing procedures (preferred)
- Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to assist where needed
Job Duties
- Greet parents, children, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and parent inquiries
- Manage student sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Collect tuition payments, registration fees, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with enrollment paperwork and parent communications
- Maintain front office organization, files, and supplies
- Support teachers and directors with scheduling, event coordination, and general office tasks
- Ensure compliance with school policies and licensing requirements when handling documents
