Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Valid forklift certification
- Physical capability to wear personal protective equipment including a respirator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication skills

- Understanding of PowerShop and data entry on touch screen
Job Qualifications
- High school education preferred but not required
- Must possess a valid forklift certification
- Be physically capable of wearing personal protective equipment including a respirator
- Mechanical knowledge helpful
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis
- Basic computer literacy and operation of Microsoft Excel
- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow directions
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Reliable, dependable and trustworthy
- Must have an understanding of PowerShop and be able to input data on a touch screen
Job Duties
- Weigh incoming raw materials prior to storage
- Remove contents of 55 gallon drums by auger or pouring and place into a pre-mix container or tote
- Move tech materials from chemical storage area to the process room
- Transport tote tanks from the process room to the injection room by means of forklift, pallet jack or other means
- Place tote at proper station in the injection room and hook up to the heating system
- Relocate tote to the injection system for use in the process and ensure proper temperature and hook-up
- Remove empty totes from the injection room to the pre-process room
- Triple rinse drums with a solvent or water as required prior to disposal from the chemical storage area
- Record each transaction
- Clean mixers when necessary
- Responsible for spill control and clean up as directed and in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure sprays are working properly and maintained
- Perform laboratory extractions and operate lab equipment to verify technical material and finished goods
- Perform all other duties as assigned
