Job Requirements
- Electrical industry equivalent experience or bachelor's degree
- Experience in building systems or operational processes
- Experience working effectively with sales and displaying leadership
- 5-8 years as a project manager with estimating experience in HVAC controls construction or trades
- Procurement experience with a focus on construction and/or HVAC equipment and services
- Experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge

- Procurement experience focused on construction and HVAC equipment and services
- Experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge
- Ability to work effectively with sales and in team settings
- Preferred experience in design build construction and HVAC
- Electrical industry or installation knowledge preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the development of installation costing
- Identify and select third-party subcontractors through supplier development
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Optimize working capital related to procurement activities
- Develop and maintain effective communication between procurement teams and branch offices
- Partner with Sales to develop subcontract installation pricing
- Coordinate and manage all operational procurement activities ensuring compliance
