Job Requirements

  • Electrical industry equivalent experience or bachelor's degree
  • Experience in building systems or operational processes
  • Experience working effectively with sales and displaying leadership
  • 5-8 years as a project manager with estimating experience in HVAC controls construction or trades
  • Procurement experience with a focus on construction and/or HVAC equipment and services
  • Experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree or electrical industry equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years project management experience in HVAC controls construction or trades
  • Procurement experience focused on construction and HVAC equipment and services
  • Experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively with sales and in team settings
  • Preferred experience in design build construction and HVAC
  • Electrical industry or installation knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the development of installation costing
  • Identify and select third-party subcontractors through supplier development
  • Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
  • Optimize working capital related to procurement activities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication between procurement teams and branch offices
  • Partner with Sales to develop subcontract installation pricing
  • Coordinate and manage all operational procurement activities ensuring compliance
